Hello everyone! Long time no update, hah? Yeah, sorry 'bout it...!

Anywho, I figured I would give a general update, though I'm not sure if anyone really looks at this junk anymore, it's all gravy 'cuz it's 4 AM and I can't sleep. Whee...?

Okay, so here goes....

-Momocon: Attended as Alice on Saturday & Re-Vamp Spockette on Sunday. Both costume debuts were successful! I don't know why, but I wasn't expecting such a positive feedback on either of them. I am in fact going to sell my Alice wig because a) too tight for my cranium and b) it isn't up to my OCD standards. I want to have a fuller, "Disney-er" look to it, and this just didn't cut it for me. So hopefully someone will take that up for grabs. I'm literally going to sell it for $25 + shipping. Yeah.

Now, you may have noticed lack of photos: This is because I want to start uploading more 'koala-tea' type photos to make myself look a bit more 'pro' (?), and with both of these costumes that I did this weekend, I had photoshoots. So once those are up I will definitely post them here. I gotta tell you though, my Spockette cosplay is like kind of bad ass. Next con, I'm bringing it. Of course, since this was my first run of my re-vamp costume, I've noticed some things I'd like to do differently next time, so I suppose this was my 'dress rehearsal', lol.

And before anyone asks: You can erase your eyebrows using a glue stick, powder and liquid foundation...I did not shave my eyebrows this time for my Spockette cosplay. Thank Gawd.

-First out-of-state con??: Yessiree...there's a likely-hood that at the end of this month I'll be attending another convention in a close-by state, but I'm choosing to leave this nameless for now just to avoid some certain lurking eyes. I'll also only be able to attend just two days of this convention, and I've already decided that (pigtail) Harley & Spockette are my costume choices. Hopefully this'll all fall into place without any stupidity to impede upon the awesomeness.

If things go the way I've pictured in my head, I'll probably have some super kick ass Spockette and fellow Trekkie cosplay pics, but seriously we'll see how that goes.

Other Costumes in the Works: This year, I'm hoping to finish up my Tinkerbell and Coraline cosplay. Tink and Coraline will most likely be brought to AWA.

So I think that just about wraps it up for now. I'm hoping that everything will just be lovely from here on out...hell, maybe I'll be able to fall back asleep! Especially since I have work this morning...oy.
